So the quote, the label, the declaration and the invoice here are the same record. If a surcharge is going to apply, it appears in the quote — not on the invoice. If a lane needs a document, the flow asks for it before you pay rather than after the parcel is held.

How we make money

Our margin is included in the rate you see. There is no separate booking fee at checkout, and carrier surcharges are passed through at cost. We would rather publish every line item than win a comparison on a base rate that isn't the real price.
