Tracking
Track a parcel
Enter your OneEasyStop tracking number and we will tell you which carrier has the parcel and take you straight to their live tracking for it. One number is enough — you don't need to know which carrier it was booked with, or find their site yourself.
The number from your booking confirmation. Spaces and dashes are fine — we strip them.
How tracking works here
Three steps, and only the first one is yours.
- Enter the number
The one from your booking confirmation. Spaces and dashes are fine — we strip them before matching.
- We find the carrier
The number is matched against your shipment, which tells us which of the carriers is actually holding the parcel.
- Straight to their tracking
You land on that carrier's own live tracking for this parcel — no hunting for the right site, no re-typing the number.
What each status means
The live status comes from the carrier's own page. These are the statuses you will see there, and what each one is asking you to do.
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Label created | The label exists; the carrier hasn't scanned the parcel yet. | Normal for up to 24 hours after booking. |
| In transit | The parcel is moving through the network. | No action needed. Gaps of a day between scans are normal on long lanes. |
| Out for delivery | On a vehicle for delivery today. | Make sure someone can receive it, or set a safe place. |
| Delivered | Signed for or left at the agreed location. | Proof of delivery is attached to the shipment. |
| Exception | Something has interrupted the journey. | Usually an address problem or a customs hold. Check the event detail — it names the cause. |
| Returned | The parcel is going back to the sender. | Happens after repeated failed delivery or a refused customs charge. |
FAQ
Tracking questions
Where do I find my tracking number?
On the booking confirmation email and in your dashboard under the shipment. If your customer is asking, the same number was pushed back to your store when the label was created.
My tracking hasn't updated in two days. Is the parcel lost?
Usually not. Scans happen at handover points, not continuously, so a long-haul or sea leg can run for days between updates. Treat 48 hours of silence on a domestic lane, or a week on an international one, as the point to contact us.
What does an 'exception' status mean?
That something interrupted the journey — most often an incomplete address, a failed delivery attempt, or a customs hold awaiting payment or paperwork. The event detail names the specific cause, and it is the fastest thing to read before contacting support.
Can I track a parcel booked with the carrier directly?
This page tracks shipments booked through OneEasyStop. For a parcel booked directly with a carrier, use that carrier's own tracking — we don't have visibility of a shipment that never entered our system.
Can I change the delivery address mid-transit?
Sometimes, and it depends on the carrier and how far the parcel has travelled. It always incurs an address-correction fee. Contact us with the tracking number and we will tell you whether it's possible on that specific shipment.
