Service levels
Transit times are indicative and vary by lane. The quote screen shows the committed window for each specific carrier.
| Service | Typical transit | Mode | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Express | 1–2 working days | Air | Time-critical documents and high-value goods |
| Standard | 2–5 working days | Air or road | The default for most retail parcels |
| Economy | 5–10 working days | Road or sea | Bulk, low-urgency and heavy goods |
| Pallet | 2–7 working days | Road freight | Anything over parcel limits or non-conveyable |
| Sea freight | 20–45 days | Container | Volume where cost matters far more than speed |
How it works
Four steps, one system
Shipping goes wrong in the gaps between tools. There are no gaps here — the quote, the label, the customs paperwork and the invoice are the same record.
Price the route before you promise it
Quote a lane in about a second and see every carrier's price, transit time and surcharges side by side, so the shipping line in your margin is a number rather than a guess.
Pick on total landed cost
Duties, taxes and fuel surcharges are included in the comparison, so the cheapest headline rate doesn't quietly become the most expensive shipment.
Book, label and hand off
Buy the label in the same flow, print a compliant one, and the tracking number is pushed back to your store automatically.
Reconcile against one invoice
Every carrier on one statement, matched to the original quote, so a surcharge that appears after the fact is visible instead of buried.
FAQ
Delivery questions
How fast is a quote?
About a second. You enter origin, destination and the parcel's dimensions and weight, and we price that exact lane against every carrier that serves it — including the fuel surcharge and, on international lanes, an estimate of duty and tax.
Can I ship without an account?
Yes. Quoting and booking are both open with card payment. An account adds saved addresses, parcel presets, a prepaid balance and — on business accounts — tiered volume rates and one consolidated invoice.
How many countries can I ship to?
Around 220 countries and territories through more than 250 carriers. Coverage differs per lane, so the quote screen lists the carriers that actually serve your specific route rather than the whole network.
What happens if a parcel is lost or damaged?
Every shipment carries the carrier's standard liability, and you can raise the cover at quote time by declaring a higher value. Claims are filed through us rather than with the carrier directly, so you deal with one party.
Can you collect from my address?
On most services, yes — collection is selected at quote time and priced into the rate. Where collection isn't available on a lane, the quote shows drop-off points instead rather than failing silently.
