Membership
Membership lowers the per-parcel rate across the whole carrier network, adds a prepaid balance so booking skips checkout, and stores the addresses and parcel presets you use repeatedly. It pays for itself through volume, so it suits regular shippers rather than occasional ones.
What membership includes
Lower per-parcel rates
A member rate applies to every carrier on the network, not a selected few, so comparison still works as it should.
Prepaid balance
Top up once and book without a checkout step. The balance is spendable across any carrier and any service.
Saved addresses and presets
Store the parcels you ship repeatedly with their dimensions, so a repeat shipment is two fields rather than eight.
Priority support
Member enquiries jump the standard queue, which matters most when a parcel is held.
Referrals
Refer a shipper, both of you ship free
When someone you refer books their first shipment, you each get a credit worth one standard parcel. No cap on referrals, no expiry on the credit.
FAQ
Membership questions
Is membership worth it for occasional shipping?
Usually not. Membership pays for itself through the per-parcel discount, so it makes sense once you are shipping regularly rather than occasionally. If you ship a few parcels a year, pay as you go is the cheaper option and we would rather say so.
Does the member rate apply to every carrier?
Yes — it applies across the network rather than to a preferred subset. That matters, because a discount limited to two carriers would quietly undermine the comparison.
What happens to my balance if I cancel?
An unspent prepaid balance remains available for shipping after cancellation. It is a shipping credit rather than a subscription entitlement.
How does the referral credit work?
When someone you refer books their first shipment, you each receive a credit worth one standard parcel. There is no cap on referrals and the credit doesn't expire.
